Sales surged during March in the 30A Beaches real estate market with 204 properties closed (up from 149 in February) and 122 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded 63 sides with nearly $104 million in sales volume in the 30A Beaches market segment. The company recorded over $139 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of March.
A nine bedroom, gulf front estate in Paradise by the Sea was the highest priced single family home to sell at $24 million, also the highest sale to date in the 30A Beaches area!
The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in Costa Blanca in Santa Rosa Beach at $3.64 million.

A gulf view, five bedroom home in Destiny was the highest priced single family home to sell in Destin at $3 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a bay front, six bedroom residence in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at $6.6 million.
The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front, three bedroom residence in Regency Towers at $2.35 million. A gulf front, four bedroom unit in Hidden Dunes Grand Villas was the highest priced condo to sell in Miramar Beach at $2.1 million.
